This is a sake aimed exclusively at the overseas market, and the brewery are confident that even those people who do not like the taste and fragrance particular to Japanese sake will enjoy drinking this. Brewed using the famously pure fushimizu water which flows underground in the Fushimi district of Kyoto, this sake has a real elegance and a sharp, clean finish. Equally suited to drinking chilled or heated as atsukan, this makes the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of cuisine.
